JEWELLERY WORKSHOPS- ONLINE

For the moment I'm only able to offer workshops which include kits to addresses with U.K postcodes. This is because I can't guarantee your kit will arrive in time for the workshop. 

Any workshop which don’t include a kit are open for anyone to book worldwide. Please note workshop times will be GMT and also will in in English language only. 

(Online Workshops)   

I am not responsible for any loss on internet connection unless it is my own internet connection.  

No refunds or cancellations once your email invitation to the Zoom meeting has been sent. Cancellation of less than 48hrs no refund will be given. Cancellation within 7 days of the workshop date 50% refund. 

Please make sure you have joined zoom in plenty of time before the workshop starts. 

If  your  workshop  includes  a  video  tutorial,  the tutorial video link will be sent to the email you have used to pay with. This will be sent the day before the workshop date. Again this video is Copyright of Katie Parker Jewellery and may not be shared. 

If I have to cancel a workshop, I will do my utmost to give at least 48 hours notice and a full refund will be given or the option of an alternative date. I will not be held responsible for any other costs incurred i.e; hotels, transport etc

All workshops. Within 48 hours of booking I will email you and give you further details of your chosen jewellery workshop. Please make sure you provide an email address and contact number with your payment. 

(Online workshops) Please connect to Zoom via the link provided promptly at the start time. Please accept video and audio so we can interact. You will have been sent a tutorial video, It is advised to watch this before the workshop. Please make sure you have everything you need, unless stated Online workshops will require you to provide your own materials.  You will be in your own home so please relax and know you are in good company.
