Workshops

All workshops are currently held online, take place in the GMT time zone, and are delivered in English.

• All workshops are delivered live online via Zoom.
• I am not responsible for any loss of internet connection or technical issues experienced by participants, unless the issue is caused by my own internet connection or equipment.
• Please ensure you have joined Zoom in plenty of time before the workshop begins so we can start promptly.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop, or once your Zoom invitation has been sent.

If your workshop includes a recording, the video link will be sent to the email address used when booking. This will usually be emailed as depicted on the workshop listing.

All workshop recordings and tutorial videos remain the copyright of Katie Parker Jewellery and are provided for the personal use of the purchaser only. They must not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop, I will do my utmost to provide at least 48 hours' notice. You will be offered either:

• a full refund, or
• the option to transfer your booking to an alternative workshop date.

Katie Parker Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a workshop cancellation, including (but not limited to) travel, accommodation, or other associated expenses.

Within 48 hours of booking, I will email you with further information about your chosen jewellery workshop, including everything you need to know before the session.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address  when making your booking so I can send your workshop information and contact you if necessary.

• Please join the Zoom meeting using the link provided a few minutes before the workshop is due to begin.
• When you join, please enable both your camera and microphone where possible, as this allows us to chat, ask questions, and enjoy a friendly, interactive workshop together.
• If your workshop includes a tutorial video, you will have received this in advance. I recommend watching it before the live workshop so you're familiar with the techniques we'll be covering.
• Unless otherwise stated, you will need to provide your own materials and tools. A full materials list will be supplied before the workshop.
• Most importantly, relax and enjoy yourself! You'll be crafting from the comfort of your own home alongside a lovely group of like-minded jewellery makers. There's no pressure, just plenty of creativity, encouragement, and fun.
